The Woodlands contains multiple product types dispersed over an area covering approximately 70 acres that is built into a hillside. They effectively managed the significant amount of traffic generated by the interest in our auction given the challenges presented by our site. Velocity was able to handle this challenge, due in large part to Bob & Sue’s considerable experience in residential real estate marketing and on-site sales.

I am also pleased with the fact that we have been able to make additional sales since our auction. The auction reenergized our marketing efforts and has led us to continue making sales at The Woodlands, at a pace that far exceeds what our competitors are doing.
